یعنی نام و شماره تلفن شما از آنها پاک میشود، اما خود سابقه برای دفاتر
حسابداری سالنها و الزامات مالی باقی میماند. نظرهایی که نوشتهاید
بدون نام شما باقی میمانند.
نوبتهای آیندهی شما هنگام حذف بهصورت خودکار لغو میشوند.
این عمل قابل بازگشت نیست. اگر به اپ دسترسی ندارید،
از آدرس ایمیل ثبتشدهی خود برای ما بنویسید و درخواست حذف بدهید:

Delete your account from the app
Open the SafeBeauty app and sign in.
Go to Support.
Tap Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
Read the warning and confirm.
What is deleted
Your name, phone number and email address
Identity verification data (tazkira, selfie, address, year of birth)
Your profile photo and any photos you uploaded
Your favourites, waitlist entries and notifications
Your sign-in account — you will no longer be able to log in
What is kept
Booking and payment records are retained in anonymised
form: your name and phone number are stripped from them, but the record
itself remains for the salons' accounting and for financial compliance.
Reviews you wrote remain without your name attached.
Any upcoming bookings are cancelled automatically as part of deletion.
This action cannot be undone. If you can no longer access
the app, email us from your registered address to request deletion:
